Fees Due at Time of Application
In order to apply, we will require the application fee(s) as well as the reservation fee:
Application fee =
$50 per person
Every occupant 18 or older must apply to be a leaseholder.
Reservation fee =
$125*
*This reservation fee will hold your apartment for you while we process your application. Upon move-in, this fee will be applied towards the total security deposit. This fee is fully refunded should the application be canceled for any reason.
Pet Fees and Policy Details
Gallery at Godwin is proud to offer pet-friendly apartments in Suffolk! We utilize PetScreening.com to screen household pets, validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals, and confirm every resident understands our pet polices. To facilitate the screening and validation process, PetScreening offers our applicants and residents help in managing pet and animal records. If you have any questions about our pet policy, feel free to contact or visit us in person and see if the Gallery at Godwin would be a good match for your furry family members!
Up to 3 pets per apartment are allowed, with no weight restrictions.
Non-Refundable Pet Fee:
$300-$500 per pet
Monthly Pet Rent:
$30-$50 per pet
The following restricted breeds can be allowed on a case-by-case basis with management’s consent.
Breed Restrictions:
Pit Bulls, (including American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers), and / Or Any Like Breeds or a Mixed Breed of Any Listed Above.
