Gallery at Godwin offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes within a modern podium-style building designed for convenience and comfort. The community features four elevators located throughout the building, making access to homes and amenities easy from every floor. Apartment homes offer open-concept layouts, contemporary finishes, and thoughtfully designed kitchens, with select homes featuring private balconies or patios. Residents also enjoy a luxury clubhouse located on the main level and the added convenience of on-site retail, creating a true live-work-play environment in the heart of Suffolk. What is included in rent?

The pricing shown on our website reflects the base rent, which includes your apartment home, access to all of our resort-style amenities, and our award-winning customer service. We believe in transparent pricing, so any additional services or fees are listed separately, allowing you to clearly understand what you are paying for. You can use the cost calculator on our interactive map to estimate your move-in and monthly costs, or contact our leasing team for personalized assistance.

When Can I Move In?

What Are the Leasing Terms?

12 months is our standard but we can accommodate shorter or longer for additional fees.

What Are the Application Fees?

All adult occupants age 18 and older are required to complete an application. One applicant will begin the application and add any additional occupants. A $55 non-refundable application fee is required per adult. Once approved, the security deposit is $1,000.

For waitlist applications only, a $125 hold deposit is required to reserve your spot. This hold deposit is fully refundable if you decide to cancel for any reason and will be applied toward the $1000 security deposit at move-in if you proceed.

What is Your Pet Policy?

Up to 3 pets per apartment are allowed, with no weight restrictions.

Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 – $500 per pet
Monthly Pet Rent: $30 – $50 per pet
Pet Screening Subscription: $30 per pet per year

Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls (including American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers), and / or any like breeds or a mixed breed of those listed above.
