Home,sweet home! I love to call the Gallery home. I have to keep reminding myself that I live here and it is not a resort. The amenities are next to none.
All of the staff are very professional. Ruby especially is a stand out. She never seems too busy to assist in whatever the need or question may be. And never seems annoyed when I stick my head in the office door, just to say hi. LOL
Hats off also to Meredith who I often run into on my way to work. The pride and care she puts in to keeping this place clean is unmeasurable.
Thank you all for making the Gallery a wonderful place I am honored to call home!

By far the best complex I have ever lived in! I relocated from NJ to VA with my two young daughters and was in search of a place that would not only be comfortable for me, but for them as well and Gallery at Godwin far exceeded my expectations. On a daily basis I have to remind myself that I live here and it’s not just a vacation. The amenities are fantastic and the price for everything you get is completely reasonable. There are opportunities to include either onsite storage or undercover parking in your rent as well which is such a nice bonus. Although there is ample parking, so you never have trouble finding a spot in the lot. The complex is close to everything you need and off the highway enough that you don’t hear the noise but have the quick ability to hop on. Everyone in the office is beyond nice and helpful. A personal shoutout to Miss Ruby who is truly the sweetest and made the tour and application so easy! She is always ready to help and always has a smile on her face. My kids adore her and she always says hi to them by name and gives them a treat. The staff here are very friendly, including the front person Ruby who helped with the start of the process all the way to the finish. I like how she even remembers my name after I have moved in and been here for a few months which lets me know the staff truly cares about the people who move in. The apartments themselves are beautiful and maintenance are friendly and fast which is a huge plus. And the grounds around the apartment and kept nice and clean, it really stands out from all the other apartment complexes within Hampton Roads. Moved in a few months back and my family and I really enjoy this place. Our complex is quiet, well kept, and ALL of the staff are very professional. The amenities they offer here are awesome and the residents are friendly and courteous as well. Right now we’re excited for the shops and eateries to open up!
